Website User Informed Consent

This Consent sets out the terms and procedures for processing the personal data of the BPMSoft website user (the User) located on the domain name https://bpmsoft.ru/ (including subdomains) owned by BPMSoft Limited Liability Company (the Website).

By checking the box “I agree to my personal data processing” and indicating personal data in the feedback form, the User agrees to the terms of personal data processing and confirms that:
• all data provided by him/her is his/her personal data;
• he/she is an adult;
• he/she acts freely, by his/her own will and in his/her own interests;
• he/she has fully and carefully read and understands this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy;
• is authorized to act on behalf of the company information on whose activities is requested.

The User gives his/her consent to personal data processing, namely the performance of any acts or a set of acts with personal data with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refining (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

The User’s personal data will not be provided to any third parties, except for persons who process personal data for and on behalf of the Company, or as required by law.

The Company shall process, record, systematize, accumulate, store, refine (update, change) and retrieve personal data of Russian citizens using the databases located in the Russian Federation, unless otherwise required by the law of the Russian Federation.

The User agrees to personal data processing by the Company for the purpose of obtaining information on the Company’s activities or events, subsequent negotiations, and execution of a contract between the Company and the company represented by the User.

Personal data processed by the Company for the purpose of consent:
• full name
• job title;
• name of the company for whom the User acts;
• email address;
• telephone;
• photo.

The User’s Personal Data Processing Consent is expressed, specific, informed and conscious.

This Personal Data Processing Consent shall be valid until the purpose of this Consent is achieved and for 3 (three) years from the date of the last data update, unless the law of the Russian Federation sets another processing period.

The Company agrees to take all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data as required by the current personal data protection law, and to keep such data confidential.

This Personal Data Processing Consent may be revoked by sending a notice to infosec@bpmsoft.ru. To revoke this Consent, the User shall indicate his/her full name, job title and name of the company on whose behalf he/she acts.

If the User disagrees with any provision of the Consent, he/she shall refrain from any activities on the Website that require the Company to use his/her personal data.

The Company clarifies that if the User refuses to provide personal data, the Company will not be able to provide additional information on its activities to the User and, and, consequently, negotiate a contract with the company that the User represents. In such case, the User may initiate sending an official written request for information to the Company’s e-mail address infosec@bpmsoft.ru .
